Our client is a high profile organization involved in the service industry. A motivated CPA is required to function as a Director, Finance & Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the accounting and office administration requirements for the organization. This includes managing a small team of accounting and administrative staff. You will develop, manage and monitor all aspects of the organization’s accounting and administration systems including the fiscal plan, quarterly and annual financial statements, reporting and annual audit, operating budgets, payroll & benefits, cash flow, investment funds, cost accounting, contract management and funding claims management. You will monitor your staff to ensure that accounts payable, receivables, payroll, benefits, funding claims and other financial and payroll procedures and transactions are processed in a timely manner and are balanced & reconciled.
