Director of Finance

Our client is a medium sized and growing construction/service related company that has been in business for several decades. The need has arisen for a motivated CPA to assume the position of Director of Finane and report to the President. The successful candidate will supervise 4 staff and assume a leadership role for the accounting/finance functions of the organization. In short, you will be an integral part of the management team. As our client is involved in the construction area, you will be analyzing and accounting for their various projects. You will work in projecting cash and credit requirements, budgeting and forecasting, preparing timely financial reports for management, evaluating the financial impact of capital expenditures and delivering accurate financial stats in a timely manner. You should have a well rounded background, have a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial setting.
