CFO

Our client is a publicly traded company with international operations and its corporate office located in downtown Vancouver.  An excellent opportunity exists for a senior level CPA to assume the role of CFO and report directly to the CEO.  The successful candidate will have a proven public company experience.  The key duties will include; providing strategic management for the finance area, managing the preparation of the financial statements and MD&A, directing accounting policies and internal controls.  Other duties will include; liaison with legal counsel and regulators, cash flow and analysis, performing treasury functions and IT coordination.  You will also manage relationships with investors and financial institutions, oversee the relationship with independent auditors, manage the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast adjustment to reflect changing business trends.  You will enjoy working in a  fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  Our client offers an excellent remuneration package.  Please forward your resume in the strictest of confidence to Ben Moxon CPA, CA at bmoxon@telus.net
