Controller

Our client is a well established and growing  company that has been in business for several decades. They have been successful and have become a respected organization in their industry. The need has arisen for a motivated CPA to assume the position of Controller. Please note that this position is the top financial position in the company.  They  require a person very familiar with computerized systems as they need a person that can adapt to their systems quickly and easily. You would supervise several staff members that are excellent and seasoned employees. Specific duties include overseeing/supervising the finance staff and performance of the general accounting tasks, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, corporate tax, overseeing the accounting systems, providing financial decision support, insight and information regarding key business activities, managing financial issues, processes and risks and working with their auditors. Candidates should have experience in supervising staff and excellent verbal and communication skills. Our client offers a generous compensation package including an excellent profit sharing plan.
