Controller

Our client is a well established and expanding manufacturing company. An excellent position has arisen for a motivated to assume the role of Controller. You will report to a dynamic management team that is progressive and innovative. The Controller will oversee all accounting functions including general accounting, billing, A/R, A/P, financial reporting etc. Specifically, you will oversee all activities of the accounting department including the timely preparation of financial statements, analysis of their results, supervising accounting staff, budgeting and cash management. You will need to liaise with the auditors and bankers where required. You will work with their computerized systems to ensure efficiencies are maintained and reports are prepared that offer clear and concise information. You will also perform financial analysis for assisting operations personnel. This position offers an excellent chance to progress to CFO for the right candidate as management has indicated that you would be promoted when you are ready.
