Accounting Supervisor

Our client is a well established company based in Richmond that has an extremely strong presence in their industry. An excellent position has arisen for a motivated person to assume an Accounting Supervisor position in their expanding company. Reporting directly to the Owner  you will undertake and oversee all accounting/financial functions for their thriving business. Please note that you will have one/two staff below you handling junior accounting duties. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and various reports for their business. This position is hands-on so you will be required to “roll up your sleeves” and handle complex account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, accruals etc. You must be able to “see the big picture” though and help with cost efficiencies, liaise with bankers and auditors, deal with the outside IT systems company on systems issues, always thinking strategically and act as the key financial resource for the company.   If interested, please forward your resume, in the strictest of confidence, to Ben Moxon CPA,CA at bmoxon@telus.net
