Chief Accountant

Our client is conveniently located centrally in the Lower Mainland. They are a national distribution company with 100 employees and $30,000,000 in revenue. Due to impressive past and continued anticipated growth the need has arisen for a motivated CPA to function as a Chief Accountant. Reporting to an experienced CFO, this position will have the opportunity to supervise several staff and liaise with operations personnel in various profit centres across Canada. The duties of this position will include: the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for use by management personnel. You will also be involved in the budgeting process and comparing variances between actual to budget.
