Divisional Controller

Our client is a well established company involved in the construction industry. An excellent position has arisen for a motivated CPA  to assume an excellent Divisional Controller role. Our client is very dynamic and has numerous busy and profitable divisions. Your position would involve working with their “flagship” division – a $100M operating entity with 4 varied construction related business units and several key joint ventures. The position would report to the VP Finance with dotted line responsibility to the Director of Finance. Duties are varied and would include taking responsibility for the preparation of the financial statements and related reports/reconciliations, job cost reporting, assisting with contract review, overseeing A/R and A/P, ensuring timely billing and, generally, acting as a key financial resource to the management team and project managers. Candidates should have proven working experience in the construction industry and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.
