Controller

Our client is growing rapidly.  Involved in manufacturing, our client’s main client base is in the US and its products have been very well received. An excellent opportunity exists for a CPA to function as a Controller and report directly to the CEO. It is very important that you have previous experience with staff supervision as you will mentor and review the activites of three accounting staff.  The responsibilities of this role will focus on financial reporting and timely preparation of financial information, preparation of annual budgets and ensure the year end audit function is complete. You will also assist the CEO with shareholder and banking relations, lead an ERP system implementation, manage short term cash flow requirements, implement improvements to the internal controls and assist the CEO with preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings.
