Our client is a small service based company with its office in the lower mainland. A Chief Accountant is required to report to a part-time CFO and oversee the accounting functions in their small office. The successful candidate will supervise two accounting staff. Specifically, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, monitor cash flow, prepare costing for their various projects, calculate holdbacks, prepare account reconciliations, prepare adjusting journal entries etc. Candidates should be newly designated CPAs.
