Our client is a well established service Company that operates our of a small office. An Accounting Manager is required to report directly to the owners and supervise two staff. The successful candidate will be the chief financial resource to the owners and will oversee the financial functions in their busy office. You will be involved in coordinating the preparation of the monthly financial statements and ensuring the bank reconciliations are prepared on a timely and accurate basis. You will also work closely with two Operations Managers to ensure that they have accurate information regarding their projects and assist them with cost control. You will also liaise with the owners investment advisors to ensure that their investments are dealt with properly. Budgeting will also be a part of your duties. Candidates should be comfortable working in a smaller office but still be able to “see the big picture”. Our client offers an attractive salary.
