Accounting Supervisor

Our client is involved in the construction industry and has undergone some impressive and profitable expansion. The need has arisen for a motivated CPA to assume an Accounting Supervisor role. This position is newly created because of their impressive past growth and anticipated growth. You will work closely with the management team and ensure that all accounting issues are handled in a timely and expeditious manner. You will need to supervise several staff but your position will be hands-on in nature. You will prepare the financial statements- both monthly and on an annual basis and deal with the outside auditors. You will have a staff member who handles the invoicing but this is a critical area that you must oversee and have a good understanding of.  Apart from the hands-on accounting duties, you will also get involved in budgeting, cash flows and inventory accounting.
