Director of Finance

Our client is a private distribution organization that has been a trusted market leader for over 25 years.  An excellent opportunity exists for a CPA to function as Director of Finance.  This position will report directly to the President and will supervise a small team in accounting.  The duties will include; overseeing the financial management of the company, as well as the human resources and IT functions.  You will be responsible for financial reporting, annual budget preparation, ensuring accounting systems and procedures are operating at their most efficient capacity and implementing new procedures where needed.  You will be a key member of the senior management team and will provide important financial data, to ensure the appropriate business decisions are made to ensure the company meets its goals.  You will be the key liaison with the outside accountants and banking representatives.
