Director of Finance

Our client is a national leader that is involved in manufacturing, fabrication, distribution and installation and has been in business for many decades.  The company has operations facilities throughout Canada and in the US.  An excellent opportunity is available for a CPA to function as their Director of Finance.  The duties of this role will focus on; consolidating multi jurisdiction financial statements, managing and developing regional accounting departments, liaison with the Regional Executive teams on operational performance, being responsible for the ERP system and  involved in systems enhancements where required, developing and implementing effective reporting processes, etc.  The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging work environment that offers great growth and development opportunities. You should have had previous exposure to operational issues including analysis, review, interpretation and presentation to senior managers.  You should be deadline focused, have proven analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and be experienced in setting business processes in place.
