Our client is a rapidly expanding and dynamic company and a subsidiary of a large international public company that has developed cutting edge technology in the hi tech area. An excellent opportunity is available for a CPA to function as an Accounting Manger and report directly to the CFO. The duties will include mentoring the accounting staff responsible for the junior level accounting, managing cash flow, foreign currency transactions, bank reconciliations, performing month-end and year-end closing and preparing year-end audit working papers. Other duties will include the preparation and analysis of financial data for the parent company, overseeing the company payroll and benefits plan, calculating royalty payments and commissions, assisting with the annual budget preparation, monitoring budget variances, and other special projects as assigned. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills as well as being technology savvy.
