Our client is an exciting service based, public company that has experience significant growth. They operate internationally in several countries and are looking to continue their expansion. The company is looking for an Assistant Controller. You would work with a motivated and knowledgeable VP Finance and Controller. Your duties would involve the supervision of some junior staff, assist with budgeting, asset accounting, assist with the public company reporting, perform various adjusting journal entries, handle the payroll function, work with the auditors etc. Our client would also have you act as a direct resource to the Controller in handling special projects as required. Candidates should be a newly designated CPA. This position offers excellent career growth for the right candidate.
