Our client is a well established business in the service industry that is looking for a motivated CPA to assume an exciting position of Director of Finance. Reporting directly to the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting and finance. Duties will include overseeing the preparation of financial statements and various other monthly, quarterly and annual reports, budgeting, cash flow management and forecasting, assorted pro forma preparation, overseeing the company’s computerized systems, staff supervision, managing the treasury functions, coordinating regulatory filing and special projects as required by management. Please note that this position is a senior level role. As such, candidates should have proven experience in a previous Director of Finance role and enjoy and fast paced environment.
