Our client is a public company that is undergoing impressive growth. An excellent position exists for a motivated CPA to assume the position of Director of Finance. You will report to the CEO and be an integral part of the Management Team of this dynamic organization. Duties are varied but you will be responsible for all public company reporting and filings- both in Canada and the US. You will also liaise with bankers/auditors/lawyers in providing needed information such as cash flows, pro formas, working paper preparation etc. You will get involved in budgeting, tax planning and dealing with cross border and multi jurisdictional issues. In summary, you will work as the right hand to the CEO in all financial matters. Only candidates capable of working in a climate of exceptional growth will be considered.
