Director of Finance

Our client is a privately held company that has been in business for several decades. Our client’s products are used in countries around the world. The role of Director of Finance is the key financial role in the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO on all aspects of the business. Specifically, you will be responsible for oversight and management of the accounting, information systems and customer services aspects of the business. You will be involved with strategic planning and reports and credit management. You will assist with preparing US Federal and state income tax returns, consolidations, liaise with bankers, lawyers and outside accountants and generally act as a key financial resource for the company. Candidates should have an accounting designation and a proven record of designing financial systems to support growth, budgeting, planning, financial reporting and analysis.
