Financial Analyst

Our client is a growing and well respected organization that is involved in sales and marketing functions in their dynamic industry.  The company is well established and continues to grow. Due to this growth, the company has created a position for a Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the VP Finance.  The successful candidate will be a CPA that can provide strong analytical abilities and the capability to assist with decision making.  The key responsibilities of the role will be to provide analytical direction and support to the Management Team and establishing and maintaining a high standard of  cost analysis for all projects.  Other duties will include liaison with the external accountants, looking for ways to improve efficiencies and making appropriate recommendations.  You will participate in weekly financial committee meetings including preparation of cash flow and revenue forecasts, producing weekly project revenue and cost analysis, providing information for the preparation of monthly financial statements, adhoc projects etc.  You should be a motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal and management skills.  If interested, please forward your resume, in the strictest of confidence, to Ben Moxon CPA, CA at bmoxon@telus.net.
