Director of Finance

Our client is a manufacturing company that is well established and respected in the business community.  This company has earned a reputation for high quality products and service both locally and internationally.  An opportunity is available for a senior level CpA to assume the role of Director of Finance.  This position reports directly to the Management Team and directly supervises several accounting staff.  This role will be responsible for; negotiating all major financial transactions, assisting with key performance measures for each business unit, coordinating the budget preparation, and ensuring all external reporting is complete on a timely basis.  You will also possess strong leadership abilities while ensuring systems are at the most efficient level, liaison with external auditors, pursuing any potential tax advantages the company may participate in, and maintaining strong relationships with bank representatives.
