Senior Manager – Project Accounting

Our client is a leading service provider in Western Canada, with their head office located in downtown Vancouver.  An excellent opportunity is available for a CPA to assume the role of Senior Manager, Project Accounting and report directly to the CFO.  This position will be involved in developing and managing project oriented accounting work including analytical reviews, budget and forecasts, taxation issues, reinsurance analysis, internal polices, procedures, controls and will undertake a key role in future projects.  This position will make recommendations and support the finance team by providing input on a variety of subjects applicable to its operations.  The successful candidate will act as a liaison with a variety of internal and external sources including auditors, regulators and tax authorities.  You will have strong communication, problem-solving, managerial, analytical and interpersonal skills.  Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.  If interested, please forward your resume in the strictest of confidence to Ben Moxon CPA, CA at bmoxon@telus.net
