Chief Accountant

Our client is a small but rapidly expanding Company that is looking for a motivated individual to function as a hands-on Chief Accountant. If you have your CPA, can demonstrate strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, are committed to accuracy and are a motivated self-starter looking for the chance to build your career while growing the accounting department within our client’s company, this could be the ideal position for you. While working under minimal supervision and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, duties will include, but will not be limited to full cycle accounting, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, planning and controls, inventory control, project costing, budgeting and planning, tax compliance preparation of audit and tax working papers and foreign currency translations. Candidates should be able to be a self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills. Previous experience in a hands-on environment would be preferable.
