Our client is in Burnaby and is a small and growing real estate company that requires a motivated CPA from public practice to function in an exciting Accounting Manager position. This is a great role for a person looking for their first position in industry. Our client has some impressive properties in their portfolio and gets very involved with real estate development, some property management and a variety of interesting and novel real estate investing. They’re headed up by a well-known local entrepreneur. You will be involved in all facets of the accounting processes as there will be no one below you. You will, however, also be able to work on senior accounting/financial functions such as budgeting, cash flows, financial statement preparation and generally act as a key financial resource to the management team.
